Terrible terrible terrible

Bedsheets not changed for 3 nights. Denied one extra glass to drink water. Staff of 14th May 2019 night said one room can not have more than 2 glasses. What was given was really small glasses. My room had an ash tray but when I asked for a lighter I was denied saying this would set the fire alarm off. Looks like they dont want to be in the hospitality business. No tissues in the room at wall only toilet paper given. Absolutely terrible experience. Never coming back again

Nice hotel , convenient and helpful staffs

Convenient and basic hotel
