No individual care due to huge amounts of guests and the bath rooms are not worth the money paid.

Due to several reasons we arrived a day earlier and booked a cheaper room. This room was not even a knock off. It was a long walk from the reception, the bathroom was all rusty and stuff like lights in the room were not working or doors not closing smoothly. Afterwards, we stayed in a 'normal' room which was much better and the breakfast was good but every day the same. And if you dont mind walking into big groups of guests (like 60 to 70 per group) staying there, and don't mind walking 15 minuts to the centre of Phi Phi then this resort will do it for a couple nights. Staff is polite, helpful and kind.

Good hotel
The hotel is good for the price paid. Have small good pool, my room need a little bit refreshment but overall ok. close to the beach.
