Walking distance to two ferry piers

Samui Mermaid hotel was perfect for anyone that needs a cheap place to stay. They have many rooms to choose from and since my bf and I were on a budget, we chose the garden suite with fan. For $17 CDN, you get what you paid for..a hot room with a fan, but once you dunk yourself in the pool, you can cool down from there. The temperature at night was perfect for us. The room was cold enough that we even covered ourselves with a blanket and I know I had restful night.
The staff were super friendly and honest. A day after we checked out, we realized that we left some papers behind that included cash, cheques, and other personal items. We called the hotel asap and they had it with them and saved it til we got back from Koh Phangnan and very happy to say that all the cash and items were still intact.
My boyfriend and I would stay here again. :D

Not what I paid for!

Near airport and nice bungalows
