Very poor experience

Reception staff is poor English and slow motion. Need one hour to check in. We stayed in Ocean view near beach Villa. Room is poor maintenance and quality. TV not work, after fixed twice times by engineers, still didn’t work. Water tap was leaking and full of water on floor every morning. Bathtub jacuzzi not function and tap was broken. This was my most terrible accommodation experience.
