Worst stay ever. Delay check in, impolite staff, no response to request

It is the worst choice for my hotel booking ever. I had ask the hotel to give me earlier check in. They failed to do so, that’s fine I understand. So I do something else and wait till 14:15 and come back. They still cannot give me the room and ask me to come back 1 hour later. At the same time, few more guests were complaining the same thing, it seems that it is the common problem of the hotel. What’s more unacceptable is the receptionists never say some sorry words to me. No sorry and never a smile face from them. They were just so impolite (if the hotel management see this, I suggest you to fire them from now). After their supervisor explained to me the situation, I could get my room in 30 mins. The room was not that one I booked here. It was because Agoda do the wrong booking to the hotel. I filed a complaint to Agoda and they compensate to part of my loss promptly that I could still choose it in my next trip. During your stay, you could never ask they to do some little thing for you. When you ring to the reception desk, they just say OK WAIT and cut the phone directly without say something else. It was so rude. And afterwards, they just ignored your request. In an instance, they forget to put back my towel after clean up and I ask front desk, the staff just say OK and cut my phone. This unpleasant experience ruined my holiday mood at first. Apart from the receptionists, other staff are friendly.
The facility is just so so. You won’t come down to the ugly beach. The view from swimming pool was the only thing I like there. The parking space is enough. I ‘d rather had my breakfast at 7-eleven.
