Very poor

The hotel is run down and dilapidated. Obviously now pest control as mosquitos run riot. Start cats everywhere - so much so the room actually smelt of cat urine. The restaurant for breakfast is old and tired selection of food poor and if you get there late most has run out. I had issue with my booked room and was given a downgraded room rather than an upgrade - they did check later if I was happy but by then I was tired and lazy to move. In future suggest them to offer an upgrade not a downgrade - otherwise like me guest pays over the top to suffer miserable experience. At least they waived my minibar bill of 280 baht - not compensation for paying 2000 baht more for my room type but at least a gesture. Samui is a wonderful island don’t book this place which is more like a prison camp than a hotel.

Whole experience was depressing.

Worst stay ever. Delay check in, impolite staff, no response to request
It is the worst choice for my hotel booking ever. I had ask the hotel to give me earlier check in. They failed to do so, that’s fine I understand. So I do something else and wait till 14:15 and come... อ่านต่อ

I have never see the toilet like this...dirty...and the private swimming pool is also dirty..the restaurant need to improve as well because of the staff...All the girl staff are not helpful.Not enough... อ่านต่อ
