chic room but poor service

nicely decorated room, especially the bathroom. bed was a little hard though. other than that, service was very poor especially at night. no direct line from the room, and when you make your way down to ask the staff some very basic questions like which channel has football, you get a one line answer 'i don't know' followed by the staff going back to playing his game on his phone. toilet ammenties were not replaced as well. plus, there was construction going on at 8am everyday that makes it difficult to sleep in. overall, wont recommend this hotel unfortunately.
