Luxury Hotel Indeed!

In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city lies a hidden gem... the Athenee Luxury Collection Hotel. Though it isn't as popular as the common 5-star joints like Hilton or Hard Rock, this place definitely spells out luxury. The night on duty manager had arranged for me a personal request of having surprise my wife as the day we checked in was her birthday - and the manager on duty managed to put together surprise balloons in the room upon arrival! The hotel was also nice enough to provide us with not 1, but 2 complimentary birthday cakes!
And yes, the breakfast spread is awesome. I'll be back one day!
