Phi Phi Harbour

Nice hotel, but very hard to communicate and staff were not helpful. wifi also didn't work in the rooms at which we were told to use the main lobby as the hotel was fully booked and everyone was trying to access it. This was really inconvenient. However, good baggage service from the ferry and to the rooms.

Good location
The hotel is near the harbor and beach. However I used to think the beach belongs to the hotel only, while it is actually a public one, so the price is not actually worth of it
