HOTEL WITH POTENTIAL, BUT BAD MANAGEMENT

The hotel is very well situated and the building is recent.
It must not be confused with the hotel "villa resort", which is a different structure in Ao Nang.
To be noticed that rooms are infested by small black bugs, they are everywhere, the hotel management should take an urgent action to solve this problem.
Just on the side of the hotel a new building is under construction, so consequent noise starts early in the morning and finishes very late in the evening (midnight), of course there are no responsibilities for the hotel but be aware good sleeping will not be assured 100%. In addiction a mosque is not far, so be ready to be waked up for the pray at 5am.
Finally, the breakfast, quite poor. For example the coffee is powder based (instant coffee).
The personal is available and nice, but this hotel in our opinion really needs to be better managed, it has really a good potential.

Building work outside at unsociable hours.

Should improve breakfast variety.
Extend swimming pool time and improve on breakfast. We stayed for 4 days and got the same type of food. Also, breakfast ends at 1130. but when we went there at 9.30 everything is almost finished. but ... อ่านต่อ
