Basic room, excellent view!

The rooms are small but comfortable and have a balcony that looks over the river and into Laos. The bathroom is simple and not very well planned. We were here in December and it was very cold, no heating and NO hot water for the shower to speak of.
The breakfast was good with variety of both Western and Asian dishes.
