The hotel is located on the north west side of the island with amazing sunset views. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to book a tour and car service through the front desk. There were some challenges with English but always managed to find someone available that could help us. Breakfast was simple but we managed to find things to eat. Other meals at the hotel were good. We had to catch an early morning ferry and they provided us with breakfast boxes to take with us which was nice. One negative - We spent a lot of time at the pool / beach area ordering drinks and food throughout the day but we always had to go to the bar & restaurant to order. Overall for the price we paid, I think it was good value. Some staff were great, others we felt like we were ignored.
