Okayish with weaknesses

First: the pool is the best thing about the hotel, beds are good too but very firm. It’s overall pretty clean. Some maintenance has been done very “cost-effective”, for example the shower head holder was glued so it couldn’t be moved anymore, and the window didn’t seal anymore when we arrived. After notifying the staff, it was immediately dealt with: by closing it shut with a silicone strip ;-) „Sky“ bar is pretty expensive and closes early. Rooms are big enough but lack hangers and storage space as well as something like a soul or coziness. Very audible hallway in the room, however no sound from neighboring rooms. A/C directly targeted the bed. We didn’t receive new shower gel or shampoo for two nights. Reception staff was apprehensive to call a taxi with meter fare for us. Recommend it only for a short stay if you wanna be close to Sukhumvit / Nana and for the pool.
