Best location

We stay at THE THREE for 3 nights. Overall service from Front Desk to Security is excellent. We have booked 2 Family rooms and the room is spacious and clean. The location is a street away from the main shopping area. We have activated the DO NOT DISTURB button on the 2nd night as we were all very tired and wanted to sleep in till around past 1030am. At around 1010am the next morning, as I was getting ready to wash up, there was a few knocks on the door. The cleaner lady ask what time she could clean the room and do not look pleased when I told her to come back at 11am as we are still washing up. But we did put up the DO NOT DISTURB indicator. Same thing happen to my sister & her family who stay one floor below us.
Only half of the shower area is covered up which means that whenever someone showers, the water will splash outside the shower area. The toilet bowl area will become wet and so the next person who uses the toilet will have to step on the wet floor

Sleep quality is not good
