Bad place

It was our second time at the natural resort we book deluxe bunglow with 2 rooms the first time was ok so we thought to visit again there was construction work going on on that area.as we checked in the tv was not working the management said it will be activate in an hour but for the second day we contacted the reception they have no answer but then we said to change the room they refuse to shift us at the pool side as they demanded more money.then the other day the internet was down its was aweful visiting again there insted of refunding because if their services they demanded more money.and whats the logic of keeping the passports its illegal.the breakfast was yak and unhealthy they serve pork all the time. I suggest u NOT TO GO THERE u will find another better place th an this.i think the booking agency AGODA should take some action against the hotel and ask for compensation for my vacation which was ruinned by the natural resort.

Terrible, too noisy, no management on site
