We found out that a lot of the watermarks and dusts on the dressing table and the sofa was very dirty when we checked in our room 4402. We took out our baby wipes to wipe those areas. The watermarks gone and the stain on the sofa gone as well. Soundproof was bad too. We can heard the TV sound and hotel guest's conversation from next door. Not a good experience as we were keep awake after that. Location was a bit far from bts but luckily there is free shuttle from hotel every half an hour to bts.

You can find a better hotel instead of this hotel
quiet far from BTS Nana, although the hotel provided tuk-tuk service but you have to follow the schedule, not very convenient for me. The staff that carriage our luggage to our room also seem very rud... อ่านต่อ

Great location, close to BTS, great staff
The staff at the hotel are lovely and chat easily with you when you arrive and when they take your bags to your room. Very friendly, lovely rooms and fantastic location.
