Not a nice place

The first room we got, we found that the bath tap was broken. They changed our room and we weren't completely happy but just decided to adjust as we had things to do. The reception staff is very rude and unprofessional. overall not a great place to stay. Room rates are fine.

The Worst hotel on agoda website, do not stay here..!!!!!!

Staff not very helpful
Only two ladies at reception are good , specially the old one. Housekeeping staff is not good , always late for cleaning and make a big issue out of small things like lipstick on towel etc... I won't ... อ่านต่อ

Don't like the rooms and reception staff wasn't so helpful or even friendly
