Great potential, could use a little more attention.

We had a decent enough time at Ban's, we were there for 3 nights and while we enjoyed it we felt like they could have spent a little more effort on keeping the grounds clean and tidy, and the big beautiful swimming pool could use a good scrub, also apart from the staff in the star lit restaurant (who were wonderful) the staff weren't the most helpful friendly bunch, but if your in koh Tao you could do worse than this place, if you don't mind a bit of a walk to your room, the secluded jungle house rooms are amazing.

Really nice place with great localisation!
