The reception by the staff was not friendly, except for one young lady. manager did not care that what we asked for was not what we got. We asked for a beach view bamboo bungalow, what we got was a crane your neck view of the ocean past a massage business, a mini-mart, and a field of trash.
Sandy and her husband yelled us down and pretended to not understand our complaint. They both spoke excellent english. If they had been nice to us we would have stayed and shrugged it off as a misunderstanding. Bad service results in losing customers. We asked to be moved to anothe rbungalow but they refused. We come from a city where rudeness and ignorance abound. We come to Thailand for the friendly people not to be yelled at or ignored.

This hotel is okay
It was fine. Internet was slow, our room had no tv, staff didn't speak English very well, rooms are only cleaned every other day. All those things are minor though and the lovely beach made up for ... อ่านต่อ
