Exceptional Staff, Nice new hotel, Super comfy bed, strong shower but poor drainage.

The staff were exceptional – very friendly and helpful. This is a new hotel opened in late 2017 so everything is clean and fresh. The bed was super comfortable – softest in Thailand in 7 weeks! Breakfast buffet included was ample and good variety Pool looked amazing but it was too cold to swim in and was in shade (faces East). Would be nice if it was heated and also open until 9pm instead of 7pm. Pool bar lounge area was nice. The shower pressure is amazing but you can only shower for about 3 minutes before the water level threatens to spill into the bathroom and bedroom. I saw another review that mentioned the same issue. I’m not sure if they renovated an older building or built new building because they said it was the design of the building that caused this issue. Close to BTS, but too far out on the line for our activities (main tourist highlights near Khaosan and river). Would recommend to someone with different needs than ours (shopping/business).

everything is good overall. Good location, Good facilities and value for money. however, they did not change bed sheets when we checked in so the sheets were damp.. We had to ask the staff next mornin... อ่านต่อ

Nice hotel with great breakfast

Terrible experience, would NOT recommend
