This is the second time we have stayed here in over 6 years and it is still as fantastic as it was the first time. Great value for money. Super clean with great rooms and bathrooms. The staff are extremely helpful and the tours booked through Sri Pat were easy to book and amazing. Sri Pat is right in the heart of Chang Mai and very easy to get around. We will be back again

Wonderful location and great staff
