Decent guesthouse, lack of facilities

Breakfast was a struggle, they were understaffed and unprepared for the number of guests staying there. Food was slow and considering this is their only service (no restaurant or bar service) it could have been better. Lots of customers upset about being delayed for their morning activities. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. They put me on the 4th floor despite my request to stay on the bottom floor, then watched me struggle to get my suitcases, carseat, stroller etc up the stairs without offering staff to help. Won't stay here again while traveling with a family, but could see it as a nice backpacker option for budget solo travelers looking for some clean quiet rooms.

Wonderful location and great staff
