In my bad books...

I’’we been a regular patron of the hotel because of the location, good breakfast buffet and generally good experience. On a recent trip my partner almost died, submitted to hospital in emergency, the day priority checkin to the 4points. I rang the 4points and explained the situation and they were callous. “No refund” for fully pre-paid, No consideration for situation / SPG loyalty. On complaining I was given credit expiring in 3 months. On complaining I was given credit for 12: or a possible refund. I have to travel soon to Bangkok so I’m giving them another chance but I’m very dissapointed that with me in hospital distressed with my partner in serious condition the staff were callous.

Spacious room!
