This company has a bad habit of completely ignoring paying customers messages sent through Agoda's message system. The staff at the location was kind and helpful though. They did however not have authority to answer our inquiries.
As it seems tradition, the maids in this hotel also leave the floor drain open, allowing stench and cockroaches from the sewer free access to the room.

It was okay
The location is pretty good, takes about 15 mins to walk to Kai Bae beach, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We found the staff not too helpful and friendly, mostly they just sat on their phones ... อ่านต่อ

nice hotel in good location
