Amazing but some points to improve

Some members of the staff were not very helpful but in general is okay. They have all drinks in the bar HOT, there was no way to have a cold beer or a cold bottle of water. A small can of Chang costs 70 Baths and they are unable to have it cold. Finally I took cans from my room's fridge and that was a lot nicer. Our room was quite expensive and no air conditioner, I knew while booking but I thought that ventilator could be good but it was not, it was like putting a twister inside the room, super noisy and you could not regulate power very well. The one on the selling was too far from the bed so I could not sleep very well due to the hot. On the other side, the private beach they have is amazing and we really enjoyed that. I would come back, but I would get a room with air for sure.

Excellent place to stay at Phi Phi - handsdown..no questions asked..
Amazing rooms..do take AC rooms though.. Half day snorkelling trip is a must do.. awesome free food tasting every evening..mini bar in room is same price as outside.. worth every penny.. look no furth... อ่านต่อ

Beautiful room but customers service was insatisfactory. Getting to and from town was not easy

Exotic location...but a hike to get to room

If you want seclusion, this is the place
