The hotel is located right next to Indra Square, 1.5 Kms from Sam Paragon and Central World Malls. This puts the location of the hotel at a perfect place. Not too crowded but not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The hotel is well equipped and well maintained. The rooms were a little small for my liking but not uncomfortably small. Whole of the room is smartly controlled by a tablet.
Buffet Breakfast was well stocked and menu changed every morning, In Room Dinning was prompt and food served was hot and delicious. We also tried Ross Restaurant and found the food was delicious and our server was well informed to guide us through the menu.
Staff is very polite and helpful. This was highlight of our stay.
The only thing I could pick was Internet for Guest was patchy to connect to and speeds were not upto the mark. Rooftop pool although well maintained and beautifully lit at night was little small. As per my calculations it would not be more that 30 Feet
