Worst value for money in Thailand

I'm a French expat living in Thailand since two years, and I've pretty muched always enjoyed quality accomodations at good rates. But Pailyn hotel comes as the biggest disspapointment, and it's no suprise they still had many rooms available when the rest of the town was fully booked. Examples are: one of our rooms was not ready when we checked-in at 22:00, they knocked at the door at 7:45 but did not do the room despite us asking twice afterwards, the "special breakfast we ordered was never delivered with people hiding rather than explaining, and the whole building is just so old and without any charm.

Dirty and need major renovation ASAP

Old, dated hotel - functional but not very good.

Old hotel
