Arrived on the first night our bathroom was infested by ants and a lizard in which we said about politely and the guy didn’t offer anything else apart from giving us some advice on lizard not being any harm. Half way through the night we were woken up by some motorbikes going around in the resort, which I wanted to check out by sticking my head out the window. I noticed another ants nest by the window so tried to shut the window and it just fell off. Bed sheets didn’t look like they had been cleaned (hairs on the sheet and marks). We went to breakfast in the morning which was included in the price and the restaurant was closed so decided to get the shuttle taxi they offered in which they all stood around us arguing at each other completely ignoring us so after waiting for half an hour we decided to walk. Same thing happened for when we needed to be picked up on return. Knowing that we were staying in a budget hotel we weren’t expecting too much, however our room wasn’t fit for a dog.
