Very poor guest service

Disappointing, upsetting, rude staff. The nice installations are ruined by a cheap approach were they want to take your money for everything and the basic standards are not there. Feels like a 2 star hostel for young party kids in Marbella

accommodation and dirty
our stay was dismal and very disappointing. the hotel is 20years backwards, no one speaks english; the staff are are extremely rude to customers; not accommodating in any way at all;just want your $$$... อ่านต่อ
