Hotel room size is perfect. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Complimentary cookies upon arrival was a surprise and a warmth feeling. However it’s not so convenient to move to central as BTS is quite a walk considering the weather. Will be nice if the hotel were to provide shuttle service to prominent malls, probably will boost the occupancy rates. Shampoo & body wash bottles are too small as compared to other 4-5Stars hotels that I have stayed. Overall rating is good

Wonderful place with hospitable staff.
