Worst accomodation I have styed atin Thaiand

Staff rude charged deposit for key but not advertised that a deposit will be charged. Booked and paid for a room with breakfast included but was told no you have to pay for breakfast Agoda problem they did not tell us you get breakfast. The second day I show them email from Agoda that said breakfast included so they supplied breakfast second day and said bad luck about first day. This hotel should be rated 1 star I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone. There were numerous other problems that I am not going to waste my time listing .

Cancelled the pier taxi on us last minute

Great place, good location, awesome owner and staff
Not on the beach, but everything else is great. Owner runs a tight ship and keeps the place quiet at night which is not easy on Koh Phangan. Clean pool, excellent breakfast, near everything in Thong... อ่านต่อ
