Very appealing - but getting expensive

I've been staying at this hotel for a couple of years. It's well located, comfortable, and friendly, with all the pieces in place.
Prices seem to be getting ahead of the competition, though, so I am looking for alternatives when I need to.
Still to improve: - having the elevators at the right place at the right time - eco-consciousness - lots of plastic bottles for water and toiletries; key cards left in the slot in rooms by staff so lights and AC remain on.

Comfort and convenience
