Warm and well located

Good location, comfortable, nice facilities. Lovely staff. To work on: - lots of plastic waste, from water bottles to shampoo bottles to plastic bags for internal laundry delivery - room air conditioning was on really strong even before we arrived - elevators never where you need them - prices keep going up!
