TERRIBLE HOTEL

The Aircon was not working so i couldnt turn it off spent the night shivbering under the blankets even after asking them at reception to fix the proplem nothing was done. The hot water didnt work so i had to have a cold shower adter a night of freezing. The staff were rude and to top it all off my power went out for a concidderable amount of time. When i brought all of this up woth the manager his solition was to give me a free cup of instant coffee????? You couldnt pay me to spend another night at this dump. DONT BOOK IT its not worth the stress and anger
