Peaceful, relaxed paradise with views to die for

A gorgeous resort! Love the 'no wall' huts with the outdoor bathroom (and an indoor one). Staff come around every afternoon to light mosquito coils and turn down the bed which is great - they're lovely. The views are magnificent and the place is just so relaxing. If you're feeling energetic you can cycle around the island over a couple of hours (only two hills) and see the market and eat at out of the way bamboo shack restaurants where seafood could not be any fresher. Or you can canoe up and dwn the coast. Next door is the Six Senses resort (very plush!) and you can book a place there for dinner too. Great moonrise!
