Worst hotel from Chang mai to Phuket

Front desk customer service agents are poorly trained at best their borderline disrespectful and rude value for money not existent no view not impressed stayed in better 309 baht than this hotel Disappointing the first big name hotel we stay the whole trip and it sucked out hopes were so high

Terrible service : guest should do everything by themselves if they need help.

Good Location
Good location with pool leading straight to the pool. Very convenient. Breakfast could have been better but it was still good.

A very nice hotel, in nice quiet surrounds
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the exception of the Buffet breakfast. The quality was very ordinary and, most times,items were not replenished, as they were used.
