bus tours

This hotel caters to bus tour companies so don't expect good service if you're not part of one. We had to extend our stay by 3 nights because I was involved a motorbike accident and they took advantage of our dilemma to charge us more than double what we paid through agoda. Food was expensive by thai standards and not very good. Because of my accident I wasn't very mobile so we stayed by the pool. It was quiet there but hidden in the shade all afternoon...bad planning there! Avoid this hotel. There are certainly better options around.

Over night stay.
We choose the Phuket Merlin as we stay at the Patong Merlin when in Thailand, it was only for overnight as we went to Phi Phi Don the next morning - over all very disappointed nothing like their siste... อ่านต่อ

very average do not expect good service...
The Room provided to us was a twin room, the beds are comfortable but the room lacks proper lighting. The toilet needs much more lighting as its dark and gloomy and does not have a ventilation system ... อ่านต่อ
