i was been there for celebration our anniversary..and also I have do some additional notes ,but hotel no response.. and mentioned early checkin, was there their staff said if early check in need to pay half price. Very disappointed for this hotel.

Quite & Good Location

Unhelpful staff
The staff was overall unhelpful. The front desk staff wouldn't even get out of their chairs to show us where to go to get to our rooms. They were reluctant to give us a second key card. The website ad... อ่านต่อ

Pool access room
The room is good, but not clean enough, and the lounge chair outside balcony were spoiled. 7-11 opening soon just right infront of the hotel. Breakfast not much choice, food finish and no refill

Still a great place
This was our 4th visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint us, a very neat hotel, good staff, well maintained rooms, great pool and a fabulous breakfast, we will be back.
