Terrible overpriced rooms full of bugs and terrible smells

Huge containers of anti-roach chemical in the room behind the bed. My bags/clothes reek of it. Place stinks of mold. Hotel grounds not well kept. Clogged drains mean flooded bathrooms. Tried to charge beyond prices we found for ferries from several other places on the island.
Seriously do not recommend regular rooms. We upgraded, but those had the above listed problems. Only good thing was that the doors in the superior rooms didn't have giant gaps for bugs to come in like the standard ones.
For the price of the superior rooms you can do much better. Place needs major investment in modernization: protection around doors from pests, ventilation in rooms to prevent mold.

Mama Resort sounds so welcoming but it is not

Not well maintained, Dirty, Service after Complaints
The room stinks, the water did not drain in the sink, the existing cabinet was badly damaged and only after complaining the room was cleaned. Towels were changed after a complaint only on the 2nd day.... อ่านต่อ
