Spa has steam room but no sauna. Has beach front with rocks jutting out. A high property, some gradients are difficult to walk up. Buggy’s take very long to arrive, IF they arrive. Poor customer service. “Sorry!”, solves all shortcomings. Once Check-in process is complete, other checkers-in are given priority whilst you wait to be transported to your villa. Crap service. 3.5 star at best. Nice people, poorly managed. Have a long, long way to go.

Amazing resort
I love this place, but it’s not a 5* stat coz of the room’s. Very simple but nice. We was super happy but l travel all over the world on 5* and this is a 4-4*+

Great stay, great staff. food and drinks were fantastic, but a little pricey. That said, you are in a 5 start resort so somewhat expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing stay
Huge hotel, friendly staff, good food, lots of facilities. Nice swimming pools and the ocean pool is also pretty cool.
