Acceptable but not a 4 *

Rooms were spacious, and clean. Air con only in bedroom. Fan in living area did not work and they did not repair. So we stayed mostly in bedroom. Pool was nice but pool furniture was dismal. Swim up bar not operational?? Breakfast was adequate. Staff were mostly friendly and nice except for one at reception who seemed to be put out helping customers . Need a scooter to get around

Nice stay but not so good location
Phukara Lanta is a nice place to stay. Rooms are big and swimming pool is lovely and social. The staff serving breakfast every morning are absolutely lovely but the ones at reception a bit less so. I ... อ่านต่อ

Room was not entirely clean- hair on sheets and in the drain.
For the price, there are better options in Koh Lanta

Great poolside suite. Staff were great, pool is awesome, few min walk to the beach across the road. The second time on Koh Lanta this place was great location. Just missed a bar!

Overpriced for a resort with no Wow-factor.

Unacceptable approach to the client
