Only Location is Good, WiFi is Useless

The hotel stands beside Wat Chedi Luang and is faced with Sunday Walking Street, so the location is perfect to enjoy Chiang Mai old city. However the female staff I met for checking-in was very cold, she rarely smiled, and unfriendly mood in two days. Others are average, not special. WiFi is extremely weak and almost useless.
