Need better staff

House keeping forgot to clean our room one day. When confronted with the problem, they insisted that we left the do not disturb sign on. We did not. Thry should have apologied instead of blaming the guest. We also found a dead bird in our private villa swimming pool. They also accused us of taking their hair dryer and their bamboo basket on check out. When we asked them to look again, they said there was no need and not to worry about it. I think they said that just because we are Chinese. I wonder if they would do that to their Europran guests!

Nice and friendly staff
This is the 2nd time i stayed there. The staff still can remember me. Breakfast is good and the view of room is nice.
