Overrated staff performance
It was ok if just look at the size and cleanness for the first night. Towel was not changed on the second day. I found the phone in the room does not allow to call any local number then. Luckily, a boy at the reception allowed me to use his phone, since the phone at the reception does not allow you to call local number either even if you want to pay! The third night was ok but a second boy at thee reception refused to help with calling local numbers in the next morning. He said no phone can call out and the little black mobile at the reception does not have credit to call external number which is a very bad lie. He just laugh: I can not help you... The fourth night was worse: towel was not changed, and no water in the fridge. I asked the reception lady, speaks nicely that they will bring up very soon, but never turned up. All the 4 star hotels I have stayed would just let me drop the key cards and leave, but the very boy did not want to help me with calling local numbers kept me for 10 minutes at the reception without telling me what I was supposed to wait for and then rudely said: you can go now...
For the price, I have to say the first night looks a very good deal for the spacious room and cleanness, but the experiences afterwards was really disappointing. Value for money? If you just look for a bed to sleep. Not a 4 star hotel or even 3 star.
