Best Family Run Hotel

We loved staying at Day Waterfront simply b/c of Mr Day & his wife. They were the sweetest & most interesting people we met during our brief time in Chiang Khong. Mr Day even gave us a lift to the bus station in his own truck when it was time for us to travel. The rooms are nothing extravagant and the beds are hard (some people enjoy that — and tbh we didn't mind it), but the people running the place make it special. The view isn't bad either. Also, the breakfast is simple but good and delicious enough for the road.
