Unworthy for the five stars venue!!!

The housekeeping department need a lot more improvement! No towels in the room when we check in. The bed sheet was torn!The Deluxe pool room; the pool is filthy with dusts and dead insect. I don’t think they even clean the pool! No concierge nor bell boy upon arrival to welcome the guest and take care of baggage. Totally different from other Hyatt’s I’ve ever stayed! I wouldn’t stay nor recommend anyone to stay at this Hyatt Regency Phuket! Very bad experience and unbelievable that this venue is Hyatt!
