A hotel that I must go back to.

Overall pleasant and memorable stay!! Thank you for the excellent service, especially thumbs up for the poolside (bar) breakfast staff.
Pool in room needs some cleaning up though,as we could feel the sandy floor. While Regency club has its exclusivity and perks such as salads and some grilled food in the evening, it was lacking in all day snacks during the afternoon. Only 3 basket of unpeeled fruits, a cake, and cookies were available. Had higher expectations, at least for the club.
Breakfast variety was way much better at poolside bar. Would recommend club guest to have their breakfast at poolside instead club lounge, unless you are willing to enjoy exclusivity and nicer scenery with limited breakfast spread and lesser crowd.
Will certainly return to Hyatt Regency during my next visit!

Good facilities, worn out rooms, unhelpful staff

Contaminated food and Water. Son fall sick ended up vomiting whole night. Bad service Hyatt .

Average experience for the price - aged hotel
