Overall staff and food is good but...

Overall stay is alright. However this resort might not be suitable fro children as there are many steps and curbs / platforms around the resort. As they are of the same colour as the floor, children tend to miss them, trip and fall. Both my son (3 yr old) and my dad (70 yr old) fell at the resort and injured. Do not go to this resort during July (monsoon season) as rain water will sip into the room through the main door. Hotel room materials are a bit worn out even though the hotel is new.

Good facilities, worn out rooms, unhelpful staff
