Very good hotel and great location, very poor management

The place is a must to see and hotel itself is very good. Unfortunately the room price doesn't reflect the overall service: - we arrive at 5 pm and we had to wait until 6:30 pm for our room. - daily cleaning of our room was at 4 pm, they should clean in the morning, when the family is out, not during nap time. - they didn't provide enough tables for guests @ breakfast , people waiting (breakfast itself is great). - the chk out is at 8:30 in the morning!! - there is no privacy in the private pools at all, all the guests can see u, and this is for all the rooms (why not place some nice green to cover??)

Good experience but did not meet expectations

For the price you pay and supposedly 5 Stars, it doesn't quite hit the mark. We really enjoyed it though, but service was hit and miss. They meant well but they just didn't seem to have it all covered... อ่านต่อ
