The service is very bad, housekeeping don't refill the washroom utensils.

Their service is very bad, and they refuse to help customers (e.g. Calling tuk tuk car). However, bad service only for the night staff, for the morning shift staff, they are very nice and willing to help you. Besides, housekeeping service is also doing very bad, they didn't refill the washroom utensils (e.g. Toilet paper, toothpaste,etc) when when we call to refill, they question you why we need extra utensils and they are very rude. Also we have to walk through an outside corridor to our room, if would be much better if they can provide umbrella.
